Audrey George owns and operates Chef Audrey’s Bistro & Bakery, a European Style place, in the Wal–Mart Shopping Center in Warner Robins, Georgia, where she is the Executive Chef/Pastry Chef. A native of Birmingham, Alabama she is following her dreams in Middle Georgia.

Chef Audrey spends her time developing dishes that not only "fill the spot" but leave a lasting memory. She has served as Pastry Chef and Executive Chef in several upscale hotels and restaurants, as well as in her own restaurant.

Chef Audrey has been the subject of many articles. She was chosen as one of the "Chefs of the South" by the Atlanta Journal Constitution, and has been the featured chef in the Premiere Issue of Hair Pages.Com Magazine and featured in Restaurant Forum Magazine. On the local front – she has been featured in the Macon Telegraph, H Magazine, Houston Home Journal and other publications. She was featured in the  February 2008 issue of Southern Living magazine.

Designing menus and planning events are passions of Chef Audrey – her unique creativity is "a step above the rest". Her professionalism and eye for detail guarantees an enjoyable event. The "Be a Guest at your Own Party" motto is what Chef Audrey and her staff assures every hostess.

Chef Audrey has been the Keynote Speaker for several events – including "Key Ingredients’/Smithsonian Traveling Exhibit. She shares her experiences with humor in her own quiet way. She is becoming a hit as a motivational speaker. The Star of her own TV Show – "Now We’re Cooking" with Chef Audrey can be seen on FOX 24 every Friday morning at 7:00 am – plans are in the works to make this show a podcast – look for more details soon.
