Dearest Chef Audrey,
I wanted to thank you for making events at my
home successful, as well as adding to the romance
of my husband’s thirtieth birthday.
When I ordered the Chocolate cheesecake for my
mother–in–law’s reception, I had no idea that it
would be the best thing I ever had the privilege of tasting. It made my mother–in–law
feel so special to have such a rich and amazing piece of edible art made in her
honor.
Also, when we had several friends over for dinner and a movie, the cheesecake you made for that
event went over better than the dinner and definitely better than the movie.
I especially want to thank you for the candlelight dinner for two you made for my husband and me.
You did an excellent job at planning a romantic menu, with elegant music, table setting, and just
enough attention during dinner. Your discretion and dedication to customer service will not be
forgotten. He was so surprised and pleased with the presentation and flavors as well as the choices
you offered me to tailor the dinner to his preferences. I truly can't thank you enough for the memories
you helped create on such a special occasion.
